At Thrive Era Wellness, I work with women of all ages and stages — from teens discovering their strength, to new moms navigating postpartum shifts, to women in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. My clients come with goals ranging from weight loss and strength building to preparing for major life events like weddings, pregnancies, races, and competitions. No matter their starting point, one truth remains constant:
Women’s bodies are always changing — and their wellness plans must change with them.
Over my years of coaching, I’ve watched every female client — without exception — need to adjust her training or nutrition as her hormones, life phase, or energy levels shifted. This isn’t failure. It’s physiology. And it’s exactly why Thrive Era Wellness exists:
to teach women how to work with their hormonal cycles and life transitions, not fight against them.
My professional journey began in neuroscience research, driven by my fascination with how biology shapes behavior. While I loved the science, I soon realized I wanted to work with people more directly. Coaching gave me the perfect bridge — a place where I could combine evidence-based understanding of human behavior with the real, everyday challenges women face in their health and fitness.
My own story plays a huge role in how I coach. In my mid-20s, I competed in the Miss America and Miss USA organizations, losing 70 pounds at age 23 and maintaining that physique for years through strict regimens. But eventually, I chose a more sustainable, fulfilling path focused on strength and performance. And I even competed again at age 40 with a stronger, healthier body. I fell in love with functional training, kickboxing, and Olympic weightlifting — and I learned firsthand what it’s like to live in different bodies, with different needs, at different times.
I’ve been overweight.
I’ve been in peak aesthetic condition.
I’ve been strong, healthy, and hormonally shifting just like every woman does.
These experiences shape my empathy and make Thrive Era Wellness a judgment-free space. I understand the emotional, mental, and physical layers of change. I know what it’s like when hormones shift your motivation, your energy, your hunger, or your progress — and how frustrating it can feel when traditional fitness programs ignore this entirely.
